Meghan Cureton is an organizational strategist, facilitator, and educational leader who helps schools and mission-driven organizations move from ideas to action.
Over more than 20 years, Meghan has worked as a classroom teacher, program founder, senior school leader, consultant, facilitator, and advisor. Today, she partners with boards, executive teams, and educators on strategic planning, program design, leadership development, professional learning, culture, and organizational change.
Meghan is known for helping groups make sense of complexity, surface different perspectives, set clear priorities, and design practical next steps. Her work combines careful listening, strong facilitation, human-centered design, and a deep understanding of how change actually unfolds inside organizations.
Before founding Cureton Consulting, Meghan served as Head of Learning and Innovation at Mount Vernon School and as a senior consultant with Mount Vernon Ventures. She also founded Innovation Diploma, a student-driven design consultancy that connected young people with organizations working on real community challenges.
Based in the Athens, Georgia area, Meghan works with organizations locally and nationally.
